How to recover a game that was deleted from the load game screen?

Hi all and help!

I deleted some save files that I THOUGHT I didn't play anymore. But upon searching for a specific family, it appears I must have deleted the save without realizing that they were in it. Is there any way to recover save files that were deleted FROM THE IN GAME LOADING SCREEN?

Hi @TheTinySimmerYT  For missing Saved Games there's a good guide at Carls Sims 4 Guide also, you can go back to an earlier save, if you need to know how go to Carls Sims 4 Guide for directions on doing that and salvage from an earlier time before moving. 

You'll notice with the saved games files, they all have consecutive times and dates, that's what the guide shows you how to work to get the save 'back'.
