How to get to Batuu?

So how do I get to Batuu in the first place? It seems we can't make our already created sims to travel there because I can't seem to find out how to do it. Only by going into manage worlds, then I click on the "sun" icon i think it is? Called destination worlds and click on Batuu and can go from there but only new created sims can go? I can't figure out how to go there from the computer.

Ok, nm, I figured it out, You have to click on your phone and select take a vacation then the option comes up from there! They say you can do that on the computer as well but I don't see it?

On a computer you find it under Household | Go on Vacation.
