How to get hamster cage?

Any idea where I can find the hamster cage in the sims mobile game?

It's from a "surprising event". You'll get the option to buy either a hamster cage (150 simcash) or a fish tank(250 simcash) or neither.

I just came out from Izzy's shop and this popped out randomly, a girl was telling me the animals don't have home and whether I want to adopt one

I bought the fish tank
