How to edit a house that has been uploaded to the Gallery? Sims 4

I am unsure if anyone else has experienced this issue, or had this question, but I was curious...

Once a  house has been shared to the Gallery, can you edit 

that household if more stuff has been added to the house or lot since the original upload to the Gallery?

Or is the only solution to remove the house from the Gallery completely, and then re-upload it? 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!

I think you have to remove it and re upload.

@cody014 Remove and reup is the only way to update it in the gallery. Or Uploading it again putting Versions in the Name so its clear for everyone thats an updated version (if you don't want to "lose" the Download count by other players)

You can always leave the original on the gallery and upload the revised version on its own.
That allows you to restyle the original anytime you want to use it again.
