How do you unlock the modelling career in Sims Mobile?

Every video shows you to get the job, but it says on my game that the modelling career is locked, so I need to unlock it first. How do I do that?

@TTeaB The heirloom for the modelling career was a reward from a Sweet Treat Showdown.
If you don't have a heirloom for a career and a quest to start it has appeared on your Quests tab, it is because of this bug:
