How do i start this quest?

Hey guys

I got a notification that said i have enough balloons to buy something. It then tells me to click in the upper corner, but that’s the Treasure Hunt event and i can’t buy anything with balloons. 

Am i doing something wrong?

@xxnancyyyyxx I can't see the attached image, but I can tell you there is no quest or event atm where you need balloons as tokens. That doesn't sound right. Hopefully it will go away if you restart your device.
