How can I make teens and chilldren stop taking care of babies and toddlers?

Is there any way I can stop my teens and children in my household from taking care of the babies and toddlers? I wanna use one sim (the mom or the dad) to care for youngest but the actions are always interrumpted by my other children (children attempt to take care of babies and teens take care of toddlers). I hate this and I wanna make it so that only adults can take care of their needs. Everytime I try to, teens are in the middle of it instead of doing whatever I told them to do. I don't want to take away free will because I only want to focus 100% on the parent. I just wanna know if there's some kind of option or even a mod. Thank you!

You can lock the doors to the Babies/Toddlers rooms for your Children and Teenagers. But that is it.
