Holidays Not Saving

I recently added Seasons and changed the calendar to 14 days because 7 is just too short. It did not move the holidays which I find REALLY annoying. But I can't even recreate them where they belong. I go to add a holiday, enter everything in, and hit the check mark and the pop up goes away and the holiday it NOT added.

Try to repair the game on Origin. Origin, Library, right click on TS4. Option - repair the game. Wait until Origin checks all packs
