Help! I was at the middle of decorating and someone nudged my arm then I accidentally clicked a button to buy gold with my sim cash!
There was no button to confirm if I really want to exchange sim cash for gold!
I lost 900 sim cash! How do I get it back? I don't need that!!! There should be confirmation for purchases because accidental clicks can easily happen!
Attached are screenshots of the one I accidentally clicked and the other is last screenshot I made to show roughly how much sim cash I had last Dec 12.
I emailed help but it's just to report bugs. It said they wouldn't even give me a response. Where do I go to actually get the proper help?

I'd recommend contacting EA, they might not help, but it's worth a try:
You can do so through The Sims Mobile app.
- Open side menu
- Click the gear icon
- Click the 'Help & About' tab
- Click 'Help'
Your browser opens
- Scroll down and click on 'Contact Us'

If you choose the 'Report Bug' option you might not receive a reply from EA.
If you can't access the app for some reason. You can also contact EA outside of it.

I tried sending an email again and chose "Lost Content" option. If they don't reply to me I'll just stop playing. This is so disheartening! It's gone... just like that with an accidental click of a button. No confirmation or warning!

It sure is! I'll pass on the feedback that a confirmation button is needed. Hopefully EA can help you with this.

I did get a reply. They said all things we do in game are final. I'm upset and disheartened that this is allowed to happen. A confirmation button for major purchases are pretty standard on most games. This is not right. I'll just stop playing and spend my money on other games.

I had a similar issue but with heirlooms and i lost a ton with a glitch.
