Having multiple households in sims mobile

I really enjoy playing sims mobile but I have one major complaint. I’ve spent so much time with my current sims I don’t want to lose control of them and the fun stories I’m doing but the game keeps letting me know with the button that it’s their time to retire. I also am super ready to make all of the kids in my household adults but that means losing all the great adults I have! Is there anyway EA could introduce multiple households to this game like the other games already have?

They said it'll be on the 26th, but didn't mention a time that I noticed.

When I first asked that wasn’t out yet but now I’m super happy my game got the update this morning.
