I believe you are having the same problem as several iOS users. You could try the same solution that has worked for them. If you decide to do that, take note of your player-ID in case it doesn't work and you need to contact an advisor in order to get your game progress back.

Bless you @SalixCat! You always have the answers. 😁 That thread for the party chat issue was really helpful, I didn’t think that issue would have overlap with mine, but there it was! I’ll delete and reinstall the app once I get my new new phone in a couple days (and after another iTunes backup of course). I hope to have everything running smooth before Tuesday’s big update! 😎

For the record, I’m currently using iOS 14 on an iPhone 7. 👍🏼

So I tried to save my progress, but it says I already have even though I have never done that- and I can't view like my details to transfer things
