Glitches & Better Relationship Stories [ Edited ]

Can the developers create better relationship stories btwn the child/ren and parents, and siblings? Also can siblings be automatically listed as "siblings" like the parents are? Also my "sibling rivalry" isn't appearing as a playable story even though it's unlocked.
