Giving someone a sim, I need help

Hi someone wants to take over one of my Sims for adoption. Which is fine by me. However as my character has an Izzy special fairy outfit, I need to know if they take my sim, will I then lose that outfit for good when letting them go?

It was an impossible outfit to get so I need to make sure.

@JustJazzy81 Hi! You won't lose your Izzy outfit or any CAS item your Sim is wearing.

They will receive a Sim wearing a copy of your CAS items. Last time I checked some months ago Izzy items were no longer transferred with the Sims we give away.
