Gate/Fence bug after installing Cats and Dogs pack

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, Get to works, City living, Island Living, Eco life style, Cats and Dogs, Vampires, Jungle Adventure, Outdoor Retreat, Realm of Magic, Cool Kitchen, Laundry Day, Tiny Living Stuff Pack, Nifty Knitting

Steps: Made a fence and tried placing a gate but i can't place it anywhere in the fance + it is floating in the air (see screenshoots)

What do you expect to see? A gate where i placed it

Please describe the patch or change you made: Bug started after installing Cats and Dogs Expansion pack.

I tried everything i could think off, from redoing the whole house again, repairing the game form origin, delete the The sims 4 file from (The Sims 4.app > MacOs), to renamin The sims 4 folder and open the game to get a fresh new folder, but nothing worked...
