Game level progress

I havenet played in several months. I wanted to try again and see if it was worth the membership. I see that the game face has changed. My problem is, apparently, in all the games i played, i have lost ALL progress/levels. Any way to repair this or should i just quit altogether?

I'm considering ending my membership because they took chat in rooms away.  That was a big reason I joined.
