[GALLERY] Can't follow creators and gamechangers because of limiting shenanigans

I know this is not a bug, but it is really sad & nerve wracking the fact that I can't follow more creators on the gallery. I follow youtubers, gamechangers from twitter and tumblr, mod makers and just other creators in general, but sadly, the follow limit is very low. so I can't follow this new creator that i really like. 

Why does this limit even exist? No one can see how many people I follow,  it's only doing more harm than good. 

How am I supposed to interact with the community if I can barely follow them?
