Superb lot!

 

But the issue is the waterfall. Delete it and your Sim can walk around normally:

Thank you so much!! Do you not reckon there's a way to keep the waterfall and the Sims be able to use the lot? Or will I just have to completely get rid of it?

No idea. You need to play around with it. Perhaps make it smaller and use multiple instances of it so it doesn’t have such a large footprint?

So pleased it’s not a bug on that lot!
