Sims 4 cannot be run on a Chromebook, as the game wasn't designed to be run on them. These types of laptops don't have the processor, hard drive space, or dedicated video memory to run games.

Sims 4 is for PC/Mac and PS4/Xbox One.

Chromebooks can not run Windows so it will be impossible to install the Sims 4 on it. You might be able to run the Sims Mobile on it. Visit Play Store to find out.

You should have checked what a Chromebook is capable of. Remember that it basically is a Tablet with a keyboard attached.
