I was playing The Sims 4 when I found a glich where I could create an item in the Fabrication Machine of Eco Lifestyle Pack, but it doesn´t show in my inventory.

@luisMCR_1998 Could you elaborate a little more as to what item you tried to create? Did you check both your sim's inventory as well as the household inventory? Was this a 1 time thing or is this every time? Do you use mods/cc? A bit more info would be useful in order to try to help you
