Early access & membership in EA Creator Network program for Russian players [ Edited ]

Hello!

I am addressing you from the Ukrainian players in Sims 4.
If I understand you correctly, you decided to stop selling games in Russia and Belarus. We are grateful for this decision.
In your statement, you say that you stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine. 
So why Russian members were not excluded from the program EA Creator Network and got early access to the new game pack The Sims™ 4 Werewolves?
I just want to understand this situation and make it clear. Could you help me with this? Thank you.
