Dog permanently looks sick - Sims 4 2020

Hey, I’m not sure if this is where I can ask this and actually get answers- I’ve been searching everywhere but it seems like this is only a problem for my game so far? So I think it’s a glitch but my sims are getting upset because the dog still smells and has fleas - but I’ve taken her to the vet multiple times- gotten many treatments and unlike the cat that got sick, she hasn’t changed? Please help!!
