Disable clipping on objects

My question is very simple, but the answer isn't.

When designing houses in the sims 4 I like to spice things up by having alot of decorations almost everywhre

But quite often do I have the problem where certain places or objects become inaccessible for my sims since there are other objects that block them even when they shouldn't.

So I wonder if there is any way to disable clipping on certain objects or something else that would enable sims to still use things like chairs even when there is something blocking their path.

If the sim does not have access to the object, there is no other way to improve this state than to remove the item which blocks this access.
Even some decorations hanging on the wall will block access to the place beneath them. For example, access to the stove or countertop.
