Design new computer hardware

Hi, my sim just graduated and started his career as a computer engineer. However, as an assignment im asked to design a new computer hardware I can't seem to find that option anywhere in my sims' computer. Somebody pls help

On your sim's computer please go to Career > Engineer.... >  Design New Computer Hardware
