i did return my one of my sims by accident 

i want her back but I don't know how to

@Tala183670 What do you mean by return? Did you remove a Sim from your household and you want it back? If that is the problem, is it a baby, toddler, child, young adult or retired Sim?

@Tala183670 Retirement or any of the other age phases are irreversible.
Retired Sims can't be made playable again.
