Deleting sims

Hi I recently found out that there’s a sims mobile account associated with my EA game account And unfortunately I don’t want it, there was a misunderstanding with one being created so how can I delete this account all together? Please help

Do you want to have your EA account completely removed?

or 

Do you want your The Sims Mobile game detached from your EA account?

If the question in the last one, I don't believe there is a way but if you stopped playing this should give any issues with your EA account.

@Nastasia_Lov If you didn't or have a current The Sims Mobile Game, I think you can just do a new game & it will override any other TSM game connected to your EA account.
