Debug objects appearing in household inventory

My sim lives in an apartment where the flea market occurs. I received a notification that items left on the street have been moved to your household inventory to make room for happenings on the street. When checking my inventory I have four debug items in there, the Vietnamese food stall, a residential wall speaker, come and get it street store, and **debug** rug. I do not have any mods. I do not have any cheats on. And I have installed the most recent game update.
