Day/Night update feedback - lights [ Edited ]

I thought to start a feedback post for the newest update that gave us a day and night cycle.

To post about items that should've been lighted but aren't or are lighted and shouldn't be.

I found the Laser Lights that can be placed at a Concert Party don't light up.

This fish tank needs to be illuminated, most fish tanks especially of this scale have lights on them. And considering these are neon fish a light source would be needed. This picture was taken from one of my friends Lot.

While I really do like the day/night update, 

I was kinda shocked how drab the colors in my house look now during the day.  
Every thing has a “grayed” or washed out look to them now imho.  Now I hope FM will step up with brighter colors when it comes to furnishings beyond the earth-tone pallet they’ve been  giving us.  

I also found that some of my Summer Lanterns took awhile to start glowing brighter after a short period of time, but they are fine now.

And,  OMG. I Love the transparent windows!  Thank you to the Devs. for listening. 

PS. Did anyone else go scrambling to add more lighting to their houses yesterday?  I was digging stuff out of my storage & buying a few “cheaper” lamps so my Sims weren’t sitting in the dark 😂.

Light switches please.

I hate the ceiling light hanging in the air.

Blinds for the windows please. Now any peeping Sim can see into the house.😁
