Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Have a young adult with "Childish" trait. 2. Click a mannequin and select "Dance with Mannequin".
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim will start dancing but "Dance" skill didn't improve.
What do you expect to see? A dance is a dance, right?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
