I’m pretty annoyed with this quest I got part way through the 11th quest and when I opened the game back up it rolled me back to the 9th task.. waiting to hear back from the developers.. which I doubt I will.

Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

I did contact them but basically didn’t sound like they wanted to help me at all I managed to finish it but I had to use loads of cupcakes which I wasn’t pleased about

That sucks im so sorry, I ended up buying the heirloom because it just looked cheaper as I didn't think I'd be able to finish it Frown

I didn't have issues with the quest, but the other day, about 2 or so days ago, it completely lost my progress and set me back about a day or so. Very annoying. I guess they had server problems.
