DHD lost performance

Not sure if this is a bug, but it seems odd. I have been losing performance after doing a good job. Seems like it should go up or stay the same.

My sim is currently a Certified Interior Designer, and I attached the before and after photos. You can tell the sim was very happy as I got a hug at the time of the screen shot! LOL

Just curious if others are having this happen too?

Completely patched with NO mods.

When you get a promotion the performance drops to average for that level (that is at least what I have noticed). just do a couple of gigs and it will rapidly increase.

That's fine, but I did not get promoted, just finished a gig. Only thing I can think is one of the people wasn't as happy? There were two and clearly one really liked the job, the other one maybe not as much???

Also just did a level addition, and that gained me more performance.

Just  thought it was odd, and wondered if others had this happen too.
