Community files unavailable

In my sims 4 game I am unable to see community items. I've deleted my local cache which did not help and I am unsure of how to allow my security to allow it. I dont have any security other than the security in my computer.

@LoveLaurelle Just to clarify in what you mean by community items, are you referring to The Gallery? Which version of Sims 4 are you using, the standard version or the Legacy Edition? If you are using the Legacy Edition you will not have access to the Gallery.

Please let us know if you are referring to a different kind of community item, i.e. something in build mode.
