Change teacher outfits in high school years?

How do you change the outfit of a teacher in HSY? I've tried playing as the teacher but the outfit they wear to school isn't showing in CAS. I also use MCCC, and modify career outfit isn't an option because HSY doesn't really consider the teachers as having careers. I really don't like their base game outfits. Thanks !!
