Chairs not snapping to table

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.70.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try placing chairs with “little john’s big table” and “frat house frolicker” tables from university.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t place chairs at these tables. I can place chairs at other tables but for some reason these tables won’t work.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the chairs snapping to the table where they’re meant to go.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I even tried to repair the game and removed mods but the problem still persists. I don’t use those tables often so I’m not sure how long the problem has been around. I can place the chairs with move objects chest on but even then they aren’t snapping in place or usable.

Well don’t I feel silly 😅😂 honestly I didn’t even notice their height, they didn’t look that tall at all
