Can you move into forgotten grotto?

I have unlocked the secret neighborhoods in Sims 4. I made a house in forgotten grotto and want to move there. I know that i could just move the house to an actual lot in the real neighborhoods however I want the family in the actual forgotten grotto. Help? Thanks!

There are no residential lots there so you can't.
