Can you forever keep downloaded trials?

When you download a trial game, can you keep it..? Like not pay for it after the trial ends?

Yes you can keep it. If it is the timed trial of the full game it will expire so not much use for you to leave it around better to free the space if you don't want the unlimited game. If it is the CAS trial I believe that wont expire.
