Can you access the same game on a different computer?

I want to play sims I created on a different computer.  Is there any way to play the same worlds/sims on different computers?

Hi!
Yes, but you have to move the save-files between your computers.

You can find them in C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Saves. Or maybe another directory if your computer is set up differently, but something like that.

Copy then onto a usb-stick or something and paste them in the saves-folder on your other computer.

To add to what @CMeki wrote if you have Onedrive you can set it up to sync on both computers making it automatic.
