I am interested in buying this laptop as I need a new one. It has 1TB, i5 Processor and UHD 620 Graphics.
also, would an AMD A6 be enough to run Sims 4?

@KitKezzle Of the three you linked, the first one (the HP) is clearly the best, somewhat better than the second despite being £100 cheaper and significantly better than the third. If you'd like to stay around £450, this one has the same specs as the HP and should perform about the same:
For £500 and £530, respectively, these two have a stronger processor and a faster integrated graphics chip than the HP or the one above:
The 4500U and its integrated chip should run Sims 4 somewhat better than a 3500U—the chip in the 4500U is about 15-20% faster in gaming—so the upgrade is definitely worth the extra £50.
The Lenovo does come with Windows 10 S, which you'd need to upgrade to Windows 10 Home before installing Origin or Sims 4. (The S version blocks any apps not downloaded from the Microsoft Store.) But that's a simple process and completely free, so it's not a reason to avoid buying the laptop.

This laptop will run the Sims 4 with medium to high settings depending on number of addons and CC you have,
Since the determining factor for how well a PC will run a game is RAM and GPU it is not possible to come with an estimate of how well a CPU family (AMD A6) will work.

@KitKezzle You could do better for £500 than the laptop you linked, and much better than a laptop with an A6 processor. How much are you willing to spend? I could list a few other options for you, if you want.

Around £500 is my maximum, something less would be much better. I would appreciate your recommendations.

@KitKezzle The single most important component in determining how well a given computer will run Sims 4 (and most games) is the graphics card. In the £500 and under range, there aren't any dedicated cards available, only integrated graphics chips, and the fastest ones are in AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 processors. These chips can run the game on medium settings, or maybe medium-high if you only install a few packs. The chip in the one you linked is fine too, it's just not quite as fast.
On that note, these laptops (£421-450) all have the same hardware: processor, graphics chip, memory, and storage. Their hard drive is small though, only 256 GB. That's more than enough for Sims 4 and all associated content, plus plenty of small apps like browsers. But if you plan on storing a lot mroe data, it might not be enough. (If you're not sure, check how much storage you're using on your current computer for comparison.) Having a solid state drive (SSD) will improve overall performance though, with everything from Windows to many apps loading a lot faster, so the tradeoff is usually worth it.

If you need more storage, these two are a bit more expensive, but they have a 512 GB SSD instead, and otherwise the same hardware as the ones above.
This HP is £500 and has a small SSD, but its processor is somewhat stronger and its graphics chip somewhat faster than the ones above. It's really just the new generation's version of the other laptops, but this generation's hardware is an improvement over last year's.

Aside from the last laptop, performance should be quite similar with all these models, so you could pick the one you liked the best among them and not worry about the specs. If you have questions about any of this, please feel free to ask.

@puzzlezaddictI am limited to buying from Currys because I have vouchers I can use there. I have come to 2 computers and I want to know if the more expensive one would be worth getting.
