Can't start guitar hobby

I want to start the guitar hobby. Already bought the guitar, but there is no option to actually start the hobby  What can I do about it?

@Vrisbel I can see your Sim's plumbob is very bright. Is she busy doing an event or hangout? You will have to wait until she is idle and then tap on the guitar.
