Can't rotate my sims

When I go to create a sim. I download a sim from the gallery and i can't even rotate her. Help

@Kazzkyoki  Try disabling any overlays you have running: Steam, Discord, etc.  Disable Origin in-game as well: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top.

If this doesn't help, have you tried all the different ways of rotating?  You can use the < and > keys, click the buttons, or grab and rotate.  Let me know whether any of these are working for you.
