Can’t open Sims 4.

I even tried origin but it’s just loading and loading. The shortcut won’t open at all even though it opened before

@Sefdancer4life  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  Please clear Origin's cache (Windows) or run the Origin reset tool for Macs.

I am having the same exact issues!! I have tried other options- such as uninstalling and reinstalling others suggested on this forum. That didn't work.

It just loads and loads and doesn't even open upon launching Origin. SO frustrating..

@miabbia  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  Are you saying that Origin doesn't load fully, or that Origin is fine but Sims 4 doesn't open?  Did you uninstall Origin or Sims 4, and how?

@miabbia I dont know if you use mods, but mine did that last week, when I put a mod in for clear walls, I took the mod out and it opened up fine after. Just a thought...
