Can't find the lot for the Mystery Shack mod I downloaded. Please help!

I donloaded a mod for the mystery shack from sims4modding.com but I couldn't find the lot when I went searching for it in my library. I made sure to allow custom content to show but I still can't find it. Am I doing something wrong? If someone could try downloading it as well and let me know if you notice anything off about the files, that would be helpful. Or even just giving  me your best guess, anything helps. Thank you!
