Can't enter First Person Mode.

Can't enter First Person Mode.
I hold down the Shift key and then press Tab and it doesn't put me in first person, it instead moves the camera backwards.
I have tried searching for why this happens but I cant find anything, please help me.

(I play on Steam BUT I dont have steam overlay bound to shift+tab, I also use a Swedish keyboard. Idk if these 2 might have anything to do with it)

That is the behavior if the selected SIM are not on the current lot.
