Can't built walls on the foundation/base

If I built a wall on a base/foundation then walls are not created on the foundation but instead in the front of it or in the foundation

I already contact the support and tried the normal troubleshooting steps

@Bluebellflora Hi. It works now. I reinstalled the game and origin again and after it it works.

Can you post a screenshot? Are you sure you're using the foundation tool and not the platform tool?

@Bluebellflora thanks for your answer. Yes it is the foundation tool. I tried both but its the same. I can't build kitchens as well because I can't build the cupboards on the wall. It show me that the cupboard are counters. I don't know what is wrong with this game

Can you post a screenshot showing this please? Do you use any kind of Mod that changes building behaviour?

Yeah, the Reply button seemed to be glitching for a while...

Thanks for the picture, it look's like you have been using the platform tool:

You can either use the deck tool and raise it using the arrows or build a room and raise it using the arrows:

@Bluebellflora I tried it with the foundation height as well, its the same, the wall is in the foundation.

Can you please post a screenshot showing it happening with the foundation? It's a bit odd.

Have you tried repairing your game?
