Can I transfer my current cc to my new laptop?

I got a new laptop today. Is there a way I can transfer my current cc to my new laptop, same with my current households when I download everything again? Thank you for the help!

Yes, copy the Mods folder for your Saves copy the saves and tray folders.

@jpkarlsen I have another question. Once I copy the mods folder, and the tray and saves folder, could I email it to myself and put into the files on the new laptop?

It may take up too much space for email. I recommend an USB drive they are inexpensive and you can use them for other things. Or use online storage.
