Broken Game with Newest Update

With this newest December update my game has had a few issues. I thought it might be my mods causing the issues so I turned them off but unfortunately they continued. 
The loading time has become absurd and I’m waiting 2-3 minutes now when my computer load time for everything else is fine. I’m also getting patchy skin for my sims and they have the giant question mark on their face. The skin is red and white or occasionally I get the skin color but black patches and the giant question mark still. There’s not a single skin tone that works for me. I’ve tried randomizing the sim to see if I can get any without the patches but I have been unsuccessful.  Sometimes when I’m in create a sim the sim simply just doesn’t show up. 
pls help I’m very sad bc it makes me not want to play it

Rightclick the game in Origin and select Repair.
