Blank Pictures in storage box & missing inventory!

All of the pictures I have in my storage box are BLANK! This is the 2nd box I have gotten that has done it to this legacy family! I have over 10 generations and hundreds of pictures that are now useless. Plus my inventory to the "heir" of the legacy is now EMPTY! WHHHY?! There was soooo much stuff inside it, including pictures I put there just in case that second storage box fudged up and here I am. Blank pictures in my 2nd storage box, nothing in the inventory of my heir, and the original storage box is missing too. What the heck is going on? I feel as those I have completely wasted my time on this game. :-< PLzzzz HELP!

@LBeternity Did you place the photos in the ICYA chest?
