Here is a tip for the 12 hour events:

Do not cut it in half by using 6 cupcakes. 

Since 1 single point of energy can remove 4 minutes off an activity, that means it takes 15 energy to remove 1 hour. This means 1 cupcake can provide you energy to remove 2 hours from an event! So you can save cupcakes by using them one at a time rather than using 6 cupcakes to remove 6 hours at once. Therefore, you only spend 3 cupcakes to remove the 6 hours.

I also thought that it was maybe too much with 29 parts, but there are many 5 sec. events. It's just more tapping on items and sims in order to complete these quests.

Thanks sooo much for the list, that was REALLY helpful. And the idea to save your cupcakes and use them one by one during the long events is brilliant. It's saving me from blowing through my stash. I'm almost all the way through, and I'm pretty excited to start the new relationship stories. 

On a separate note, I wanted to share that in one of the lunch bags I got the gnome costume. I never get big stuff like that, and in fact I got it twice! Thankfully it's one if those things that you can only get one of, so they swapped the second one out for a handful of fashion gems. 

Actually, I wish I could sell the gnome costume, or exchange it for something useful. I've noticed that a lot of my friends have two (or more!) bars from the last event, which is useful for parties but you only really need one. I don't have any 75 point item for guests.
