@Draumkvad I agree with you there but in my opinion this leads all back to them being inclusive and not exclusive.
The naming might be misleading but it's just as misleading when you manually tick them.
I've forwarded this and maybe some others chime in the discussion how they see it and maybe just maybe .. we FINALLY can get them changed to be exclusive.
EDIT: I still don't understand why show owned should behave differently than when you tick them manually.
Good Luck

@crinrictYeah, hopefully they'll see some sense. I mean I get that they want to encourage people to buy more packs, but I doubt that having a gallery filter that makes it extremely hard to use for people like me who have some packs but not all is the way to go. It just makes me stop using the gallery because I can't find things that works with my packs.

this is absolutely ridiculous, I just bought 2 game expansions and I can't afford more. I have been trying to work with the gallery but it is just frustrating. "By design" in other words pay for all the packs to use the gallery properly.
It is a very simple easy fix, but they would rather want to maximize profits.

@Apacchi By design means it's working how it should work. You can read more about the [labeling] over here:

I was under the impression you couldn't post on Officials (by design of course - nobody wants to hear most people's feedback of "Your sucking us dry")
Edit to Avoid too much bumping:
I should note Phantomlover - The Labels your using are from the Bug Reports forum, when this is clearly filed in General Discussion & Feedback, therefore we can by the same way we say "Inclusive doesn't make sense for this feature" also say "The Labels are automatically invalidated" by moving the sub-forum.
Another edit:
Also the link is broken, it's linking to "T5" instead of "ts4"
Edit 3:
Err My bad - just a really slow loading - the link works....

It would be really helpful if there were a button that could exclude content in the gallery from packs that I don’t own. Currently the “Show Owned” function is inclusive, so it checks the packs that I own, but also includes content with items from packs that I don’t own. That defeats the purpose of filtering by owned packs.
Either change that option to be exclusive or add a new button that excludes stuff in the gallery from packs that the user doesn’t own.
Thanks!

Currently, using the gallery is a nightmare. The filters don't work like you expect them to.
Enabling only the packs you own does not exclude gallery submissions that contain items/clothing/whatever from packs you don't own.
This makes filtering through and filling up your neighborhoods an obnoxious chore that is way more infuriating and time consuming than it should be.
Please consider changing the filters to be exclusive in stead of inclusive for everyone's sanity.
Thanks for your attention.

wow it has been 4 years...

There is one pack I don't own, and simply check that I don't have it, but the filters are uncompletely useless, if it's by design, then just get rid of the fake option.
