Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.75.125.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except Kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Browse CAS, click on Dine-Out filter for adult female, you will see that one of the hairs is missing
What happens when the bug occurs? You cannot select that hair because it's not there.
What do you expect to see? It there like it used to be.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Ever seen the hair update I believe. this screen with feminine filter removed, it used to show 4 hairs, not 3.

Just to confirm, this hair was purposefully moved to Base Game.

@Citysim9997 Do you have any Sims that have that hair ? Do they still have it or did they go bald ?

I'm not sure when it updated, but the hair shows up as a Base Game Hair now for me.

It definitely used to be a Dine Out hair though.

@StarryMightYes you are correct. Looking at the updated Sims in the box art, the lady in the Beanie has the hair in question.
