Because the 'ask if single' interaction is considered romantic, sims that experience no romantic attraction can only ask about woohoo and romance preferences. This means my sim can't figure out if someone they want to be woohoo partners with is single or not!
I've also been rejected by 4 sims using the 'ask to be woohoo partners' interaction so far, I'm not sure if that's related to not being able to tell if they're single or not, but it would still be useful if 'ask if single' was made available to any sims in the romance section, whether they're romantically attracted to them or not
'Ask if single' also isn't available to sims who aren't attracted to a certain gender romantically. For example a straight male sim cannot ask another male sim if they're single just out of curiosity, which doesn't make much sense to me
